La demanda en r\u00e1pido crecimiento se satisface con un almacenamiento automatizado altamente flexible e incre\u00edblemente f\u00e1cil de escalar que redujo significativamente el espacio del almac\u00e9n dentro de la planta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este sistema inteligente e integral que opera con un sistema que combina <strong>8 robots<\/strong>, que trabajan sobre gu\u00edas y ret\u00edculas, manejados de manera aut\u00f3noma por medio de un software altamente especializado, ofrece un flujo r\u00e1pido y \u00e1gil del material requerido por el piso de producci\u00f3n con una operaci\u00f3n de 2<strong>4 horas al d\u00eda, 7 d\u00edas a la semana<\/strong>. Con un tiempo de actividad global del <strong>99.7%<\/strong> y un tiempo medio entre fallas (<strong>MTBF<\/strong>) de m\u00e1s de<strong> 3000 horas<\/strong>, Los m\u00f3dulos controlados independientemente y el software de soluci\u00f3n de problemas hace que las interrupciones del sistema sean raras y solucionables sin necesidad de parar las operaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEste almacenamiento, cont\u00f3 con una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 3 millones de euros, y est\u00e1 instalado en Planta Periferico Guadalajara, la cual inici\u00f3 operaciones en 2002, con cerca de 2500 colaboradores, se dedica al dise\u00f1o, fabricaci\u00f3n y prueba de cl\u00fasteres de instrumentos an\u00e1logos y digitales, as\u00ed como dispositivos \u201cHead up\u201d tanto para veh\u00edculos
