Sin embargo, evidencia del sector muestra que su impacto ha sido muy limitado, y diversos factores estructurales han impedido que haya bases s\u00f3lidas para una recuperaci\u00f3n significativa del renovado en M\u00e9xico; si el gobierno no apoya no funciona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contexto del Mercado<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M\u00e9xico no produce ninguna llanta de cami\u00f3n- autob\u00fas radial y m\u00e1s del 70% de las llantas de cami\u00f3n comercializadas en M\u00e9xico son importadas de china, bajo muchas marcas y varias calidades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El volumen de importaciones de llantas de cami\u00f3n ha crecido desde 2016 exponencialmente y no porque el transporte haya crecido, sino porque el rendimiento y la pobre calidad del casco no permite renovarse, generando desperdicio y contaminaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El renovado de llantas de cami\u00f3n no representa escasamente ni el 10% de llantas rodando.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>\u00bfHa ayudado el arancel al renovado?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El arancel no se ha trasladado completamente al precio final; impacto aproximado del 9 % en algunos productos; se ha detectado que los fabricantes chinos ofrecieron un descuento adicional a las importaciones del 12.5%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Existen altos inventarios de llantas asi\u00e1ticas de bajo precio y baja calidad, previos al arancel, generando sobre oferta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El tipo de cambio peso-d\u00f3lar favorece la importaci\u00f3n de llanta de cami\u00f3n sobre el renovado de llantas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>El arancel inicialmente gener\u00f3 una se\u00f1al positiva, pero no ha sido efectiva ni suficiente para proteger y detonar el crecimiento del renovado. <strong>RENOVAR ES RECICLAR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Principales factores que limitan el crecimiento del renovado<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Sobre inventario de llantas de cami\u00f3n importadas bajo precio y bajo rendimiento:<\/strong> existe acumulaci\u00f3n importante de llantas en el mercado, manteniendo precios bajos. Aunque existe la NOM para las importaciones, esta solo vigila la seguridad y no la calidad ni el rendimiento ni la renovabilidad de una llanta. Las llantas de avi\u00f3n de todas las l\u00edneas a\u00e9reas del mundo, se renuevan entre 12 y 14 veces, siendo estas llantas de buena calidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aplicaci\u00f3n parcial del arancel<\/strong>: No en todas las operaciones de venta aplican el arancel completo; existen pr\u00e1cticas de simulaci\u00f3n, por ejemplo, entran con fracci\u00f3n arancelaria de llantas agr\u00edcolas que no tienen este arancel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Calidad de las llantas importadas<\/strong>: m\u00e1s del 90% de las llantas chinas rodando, no son aptas para renovado o solo permiten bandas ultradelgadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tipo de cambio<\/strong>: El peso-d\u00f3lar favorece la importaci\u00f3n frente al renovado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La imposici\u00f3n de un arancel del 25% a las llantas de cami\u00f3n provenientes de China ten\u00eda como objetivo proteger la industria nacional del renovado de llantas de cami\u00f3n.
