Con esta acci\u00f3n se puso fin al esquema de <strong>importaci\u00f3n temporal de llantas usadas<\/strong>, una pr\u00e1ctica que durante a\u00f1os facilit\u00f3 el ingreso de neum\u00e1ticos en condiciones precarias bajo el argumento de ser renovados y exportados. En realidad, una gran parte de ellos terminaba colocada en el mercado interno, circulando por carreteras y ciudades sin cumplir con los est\u00e1ndares b\u00e1sicos de seguridad ni de calidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La disposici\u00f3n, impulsada por la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda y la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales, responde a una demanda hist\u00f3rica del sector, al eliminar pr\u00e1cticas que fomentaban la competencia desleal, pon\u00edan en riesgo la seguridad vial y generaban un impacto ambiental significativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"588\" src=\"https:\/\/andellac.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2526632543.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1828\" srcset=\"https:\/\/andellac.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2526632543.jpg 900w, https:\/\/andellac.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2526632543-300x196.jpg 300w, https:\/\/andellac.com.mx\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2526632543-768x502.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contexto y alcance de la medida<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Contexto y raz\u00f3n de la medida<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pese a que el esquema de importaci\u00f3n temporal estaba dise\u00f1ado para maquinaria o insumos que entrar\u00edan al pa\u00eds para ser renovados y exportados, muchos neum\u00e1ticos importados bajo este r\u00e9gimen terminaban comercializ\u00e1ndose en territorio nacional sin cumplir est\u00e1ndares m\u00ednimos de seguridad o calidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria Hulera (CNIH)<\/strong> celebr\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n del gobierno como &#8220;un paso firme hacia una industria m\u00e1s sustentable y competitiva\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En palabras de su comunicado:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSaludamos con entusiasmo la disposici\u00f3n que proh\u00edbe la importaci\u00f3n temporal de neum\u00e1ticos usados, una medida promovida por nuestro sector&#8230;
