La evidencia de RCT y estudios robustos indica que <strong>el dise\u00f1o, la integraci\u00f3n con procesos de RH y el compromiso de los l\u00edderes<\/strong> hacen la diferencia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>6. La evidencia muestra que la inversi\u00f3n inteligente en programas integrales combinada con cambios en la organizaci\u00f3n del trabajo y compromiso directivo genera beneficios medibles y, en muchos casos, retornos positivos sobre la inversi\u00f3n.
