Esta regulaci\u00f3n no solo es una obligaci\u00f3n legal, sino tambi\u00e9n una oportunidad estrat\u00e9gica para impulsar un clima organizacional saludable, reducir conflictos y mejorar resultados.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><a><\/a><strong>Contexto y relevancia actual<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Proyecci\u00f3n del entorno psicosocial<\/strong>: 4 de cada 10 colaboradores perciben su jornada laboral como una amenaza a su salud mental.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beneficios empresariales<\/strong>: un entorno psicosocial sano fomenta compromiso, reduces la rotaci\u00f3n y mejora la productividad\u202f.
